Workout complete 🙂 + posture work

Hello FB Family! How’s everyone doing?

I just finished this short workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fun-upper-body-workout-a-message-about-goal-setting + some fun freestyle stuff, practicing for filming tomorrow.

I’m trying to be extra mindful during my workouts. Really focusing on form and body alignment. I’m also trying to carry the focus on good form and posture into the rest of my day, which is a lot harder! Does anyone else find themselves sitting or standing in strange, less than ideal positions while reading/working/watching tv? Once you start paying attention to it, you realize how much it all adds up (with the sum often being backaches, headaches, etc).

On that note - We’ve been working on some posture/foundational videos for a special FB Plus project, watch for that in the future.
