At a standstill

Hey FB Family! You guys have always been amazing supporters and motivators to me so I thought I'd share my problem with you guys.

So, I'm a 22 year old F with a disproportionate body. My upper body is much more slimmer than my lower one and I'm extremely insecure about it. A lot of the bone structure is genetic but there is substantial fat on my butt hips and thighs. I've been working out consistently since March without seeing any major changes. The butt fat goes first but the hips and thighs are here to stay. And it is just so frustrating! Any HIIT or jogging leads to loss in my upper body and I don't need that at all. So I've resorted to biking and I don't think that's working a lot either.

It's difficult to stay motivated to work out without seeing the changes I need to see. Any advice is really appreciated! I need to feel good about working out again.
