What to do when feeling sick?

I'm feeling sick since Monday, and that was the last day I did a workout as well. I thought I would feel better in a few days but it just turned out to be worse than I thought, so I went to the doctor today. She said I have tonsillitis and I have to take antibiotics for 1 week. Do you think if I got better in a few days I could do workouts again although I will take medicines? Or should I skip these 7 days completely? I was't sick since I'm working out with FitnessBlender, so I really don't know what to do. Maybe I should try some lighter cardio? Help me please :(
