Bodyweight R2 D10 complete!

todays HIIT was very challenging and I made water breaks a little longer but I got through it, yay! Im not going to do the extra credit 100 squat challenge because in the late afternoon Im going for a light hike.

To be honest, I grew to love HIIT workouts because of the huge stress relief, the rewarding feeling afterwards and relatively quick NSV, mainly endurance. Does anyone else feel so accomplished after a good sweaty HIIT workout? If not HIIT? what are your favourite exercise routines? :)
