Hey what's up my no Aircon gang?!

It doesn't get below 20C at night, I've slept poorly for several nights and I'm very, very cranky.

How are you fairing with your workouts? I've given up for the most part, just maybe squeezing in a short upper body or ab workout on a couple of days a week. I won't even dream about doing heavy lifting or cardio. I really hope a storm will break this scorch soon 😩
