Meal prep! Woohoo!

All right, I finally made some FB recipes in an effort to use up some of the odds and ends I have in my fridge.

Here's the rundown:

FB recipe for Bbq chicken sandwiches with cider slaw:

Shredded chicken + jackfruit in pineapple juice

Apple cider slaw

Spicy BBQ sauce (using spicy banana ketchup!)

Stuffed bell peppers with soyrizo, cauliflower rice, and pineapple topped with a bit of cheese

Low sugar granola made with maple syrup, almond butter, applesauce, cinnamon, coconut extract, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, pecans, dried cherries and peaches

Roasted sweet potato, brussels sprouts, and jalapeno

FB recipe for Beet, fennel, and orange salad -- this is something very new for me so 🤞🏽 it is delicious!

Not pictured: hibiscus & fennel iced tea

WHEW!!

Planning to mix n match these items for lunch and dinner. Breakfasts will be smoothies, hardboiled eggs, or yogurt with stewed fruit and granola.

I REALLY appreciate how the FB recipes use more or less the same condiments so I didn't have to buy something I would only use for one recipe!
