Workout Routine suggestions?

Hiya Everyone!

I'm loving using FB, most especially during this quarantine.

I have been exercising 2-5 times per week with FB videos, without any particular structure. Overall this is fine, but I would like to have more a specific structure to make sure I'm doing enough of Cardio/Strength training per week.

Does anyone have any of their own workout routine/structure schedule to share and/or any suggestions? :-)
