Aquablender is back!!! My “happy place”!

Aquablender.... i.e. doing our exercising in the sea, what a super workout. I can’t remember the last time we did an Aquablender session, but it was over a year ago and I must say I had totally forgotten how intense it is! Jeepers....

Some of the exercises we did:

in deeper water: scissor kicks, both legs forward and back, in shoulder height water: torso twist jumps, star jumps and knee tuck jumps, in low water: mountain climbers and russian twists. With some swimming and running in between sets it made for a nicely intense 35 minutes!

And look at the picture.... a sky like that, no wonder that is my “happy place”! Only one problem though.... I am hungry again🙈🙈🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣🤣
