I really didn't wanna workout today - it was scary - not Halloween scary, but Daniel scary! 😳😅
However, my after face is now a bit nicer as I actually loved the main workout. I usually like lower strength routines, but this one was top notch! 😎👍
I made cauliflower rice today, as there's been some talk about it. It's not bad, but also not for my 'go-to' list of meals. 😉
