Hey guys I'd love some help/advise on how to shrink the size of my back?


So that sounds weird 😂 I have lost a lot of weight all over my body, but my back/rib cage area/shoulders/top half is and always has been bigger. I'm struggling because I seem to not loose much weight from that area, I'll attach a picture to see what you guys think but I was wondering are there certain exercises I can do to really target that area? I'm so top heavy, my bra size has gone down four sizes but the rest of the area is so much bigger than the rest of my body and it's quite upsetting. Thanks for ready blenders xx ps I'm the one in the back in the darker top and yes this was after a nice HIIT with kellie 😂😂😂
