Monday Motivation & Goal Setting

Happy Monday! I have a lot on my plate today but when making my to do list, I made sure to include a 30 minute walk. Part of my day is getting my results from my gyno... crossing my fingers I'm good to try to conceive after the holidays 🤞

I'm going to list my goals for this week & feel free to list yours as well!

No coffee out (this is a huge problem for me, so going cold turkey this week!)

No dining out this week

:EDIT: Just got home from the Doctor and everything is fine and I'm okay to start trying to conceive! Due to starting a new job, we need to wait to start trying until January, but I'm still excited!
