Listening to my Body

Hi everyone,

I did a HIIT workout in the evening today, and as I know from experience, I can't eat anything before HIIT or else the food comes up. So I made sure to do that, but I didn't want to be empty so I had a coffee about a half hour before.

I started Abs 2 for the second time today. I made it through the workout and I really pushed myself. Towards the end I felt that I still had a little more in me and I would do the EC. Then, about the last 40 seconds of the workout, which was jumping jacks, I got a stitch in my stomach. I probably should have gone low impact but I wanted to finish off strong. As soon as that was over I got so nauseous I paused the video and laid down on my mat. Then I sat on the bathroom floor for a few minutes because I felt like I was going to throw up. When I felt slightly better I went to do the cool down. Anybody have any advice on how to avoid this?
