Winging it meals

So I have been on the journey of healthy eating. This is what I have learned. Patience! I cannot do it is one fell swoop. I have to be okay with eating healthy one day and old patterns the next. I have gradually increased my healthy days and less of the unhealthy. The same thing with going dairy and meat free, or whole healthy. I am enjoying this journey of self growth and discovery. I also do things in spurts. I eat one thing until I get board of it and then move on. Lately its flat bread pizzas. Hummus instead of sauce, with whatever veggies I'm hungry for and vegan Monterey Jack cheese. Oh so yummy. Not to mention half the veggies are from my garden! Smells good!!!!
