Feeling kinda bummed...

I was cleaning out my closet this morning to prepare for going back to work, and discovered that several pairs of my pants are now too small for me. :(

I've been crushing it lately with my workouts (currently doing Abs Round 2!) but not so much my nutrition. Working from home and COVID stress hasn't helped either. I guess I'm just feeling a bit bummed that my favorite pants don't fit right now.

I should focus on the fact that I feel stronger and more fit, so I KNOW I've gained muscle but I also know I've gained some bodyfat too. Can anybody else relate??
