1st week of FB Bodyweight R2 complete!

I completed first week of FB Bodyweight R2! Today was supposed to be a rest day but... saw that new 15 minute cardio workout and just had to try it, felt amazing even in this heat (32 °C), I even managed to make it a little bit harder so that I would be challenged a tiny bit more :)

Overall feeling proud of myself for my body wanting to do a workout and Im looking forward to an evening walk and a nice meal. :)

How did you guys spend the day? Any good workouts or just relax? :)
