Scared: Day 1

All your messages have been so positive and motivating. This morning I got up early, put on my work out clothing and began a videos that I heavily researched yesterday to make sure it was the right one to start. It was Calorie Burning Low Impact Cardio Workout for Beginners - Recovery Cardio Workout with No Jumping. Picking the night before is helpful for me for some reason. Maybe because I know I feel good about making it through?
