What do I need to do...

Hello guys!

So I want to get rid of this Tummy. I have talked about it for SO long - but once I reach the point to where I can no longer wear tight shirts, and I slump to hide it, I find it MUST GO. So - what do you recommend I do? I am not accustomed to high intensity workouts every day - and I fear if I did that I would give up rather quickly if I did them, but I am willing to try.

I also cannot handle over 45 minutes of working out at a time. (otherwise I get impatient!) Is there any way I can get rid of this in oh maybe, 3 months? And still not workout over an hour? Is there a program I can use to get tight abs, and dispose of this extra weight?
