Scared

I posted back in February that I wanted to start working out. I did it for maybe 2 days. I am scared. The first step is literally the hardest.

What I think are my unrealistic fears:

1. Being so out of breath I can't breath

2. Being so hot/covered in sweat that I can't cool down

3. NO MOTIVATION. I just want results which I totally get is unrealistic

I am not sure if I am looking for results or motivation or what but I need to share in safe place. I am too embarrassed to tell my friends and family :(
