Confused about Calories

Hello! I was hoping I could get some clarification and insight on how many calories I should be eating. I've always been really confused about my total calories (for a day) + or - the calories burned in a workout. I am looking to lose weight and am currently learning how to eat cleaner.

Here's info that I hope will help.

I'm female

Age 27

Height 5'5

Weight 150

Goal 135 (for now)

I work out 5 days a week with a fitness blender program workout. So I'm burning I believe about 300 calories a day.

I've been working out and I feel like I've been eating cleaner but after 2 months my weight hasn't changed.
