Well, I ended up doing both ECs which resulted in feeling Lev 5. 😈🥵 I just couldn't resist, as I never have done either. I thoroughly enjoyed today's lineup because lowers are my favorite days anyway.

Week 1 is done, but it seems that I'm growing on working out with D. he has awesome routines. 😁👍
