1.5 Months of Fitness Blender

I just want to check in here and celebrate my milestones with you guys! First of all, this is the longest I've done fitness blender without quitting half way through. I have dealt with depression my whole life and it seems to be the biggest wall against keeping up a fitness schedule. But around the same time that I decided to get some FB programs I started taking some natural medications that are actually helping me stay somewhat normal 🤪so after 1.5 months of 3 different workout programs... I have lost:

9lbs

3 inches around the waist

2 inches around the bust

1.5 inches around the hips

1 inch around the thigh

I have also been eating healthier and eating less (stress eating is a huge problem with my depression), I have more energy and have happier moods now. Plus I am proud of my changes and actually feel good in my own skin. I am so much stronger and have less pain! There's so many good things about exercising, I can't name them all. But I am so thankful that fitness blender has been so beneficial!
