Doing low impact

Hey guys ive not been able to keep up with my routines for the past 2 months as ive been working much more and feeling too exhausted to exercise and having bad days where i feel down and dont feel like doing much.. ive noticed ive lost some muscle and noticed my cardio isnt as good as it used to be..so should i start off low impact for a couple of weeks? I really want to be back to the way i was :( i feel a little sad about it because i loved working out 5 times a week and had a routine! My weight is still the same since i am still eating well so thats a good thing! Just miss feeling great and ready to go haha 😂 sorry if ive been quiet just been so busy with work and other things such as looking for a new home to move to and trying to get the career ive wanted! Just feel like theres so much! But now i feel like i can get back into this routine! Hope you guys have been well missed speaking to you all i am finally back 🥰
