I had the ultimate core day with Daniel on Level 4 😈 and my, oh my - I can abs-olutely feel my core...and then some... 😳😅

It's not that hot outside, but the humidity is horrible. 🥵 So, AC is on and now I can enjoy a book or a nap. Or both. 😉
