So, I was a naughty kid 2 nights ago, and I woke up yesterday...afternoon. Did pretty much nothing all day, except eat and binge watch Netflix.
BUT. Waking up this MORNING, feeling a million times better, I combined my HIIT Tuesday with the full body strength training for today's workout.
FEEL FREAKING INVINCIBLE!
