Small Steps!

Okay Blenders! I'm feeling better and it finally stopped raining (and it's not so hot) so I am going to take the first step towards FB videos by taking a walk after lunch. I'm honestly forcing myself to do this but I'm hoping this first steps gets me back in the mood for fitness.

This week I'm focusing on getting walks 3 in), eating healthier (more veggies & less coffee and pastries out) and getting back to IF (eating 9 am to 6:30 pm). I'm keeping the goals achievable so I don't get discouraged.

My large goal is to loose some weight and get stronger before my husband and I start trying for a 2nd baby. I have about 5 months before we wanted to start trying and I really, really want to loose some weight before I get pregnant. Maybe weight isn't the right word as I know weight shouldn't be my primary goal so I'll use "inches" instead.
