Resistance Band Workouts?

I know there's several videos that FB has done involving resistance bands, but I would LOVE to see more! I've noticed most of the resistance band workouts are for lower body, but they can be a lot more versatile than that.

I think resistance bands are super easy to travel with, and being able to maybe do a whole week's workouts without weights and just with resistance bands would be amazing.

I've found some other videos and exercises on the internet that involve resistance bands, but I really like working out with FB because they help me keep my form in check! I'm not the best on that.

Does anyone else agree or have any other thoughts?

Edit: I personally would primarily like to see loop band workouts.
