Need some help with intake, any help is massively appreciated!

Hey everyone!

This is my first post here, I've been an active user of FB material for at least a year now, and I absolutely love the exercises!

I'm a 21 year old, 62 KG (136 lbs), 179cm (5' 11'') guy. So I've been a fairly active person for almost 8 years now. Over the last two-three years I've taken to tennis and bodyweight exercises. Now, with the lockdown in place, I've turned to BW exercises exclusively for the last three months.

I've attached my workout plan in the images below. I will be purchasing FB Blend soon as the idea of a curated plan seems very interesting.

I basically want to get stronger, and probably look a little bigger, but nothing too crazy. In spite of all this, I still have some belly fat and love handles. I've had these for a few years now. My dilemma is that there's conflicting information on how to lose it. Some places say you should have a calorie surplus for a couple months, after bulking up a little, transition to a deficit.

Another group says go into a deficit straightaway and eat more protein. This is why I'm really confused. I'm not sure how much to eat now.

For what it's worth, I'm a vegetarian living in India, I eat quite a bit of healthy food and manage to get around 90-100g of protein at least everyday. I have no fast food, and generally unhealthy stuff. My diet is primarily rice and flatbread based, along with a lot of vegetables and pulses. I'm actually happy with what I have, but it's always nice to look forward to something better :)

I'm attaching links to pictures of me for some reference.

If you think certain exercises may help me in achieving my goal, I'd be happy to try out your suggestions too!

Thanks a ton!
