Fitness Blender Workout Programs...Answering an FAQ

Fitness Blender family (new and old),

One of the most common questions we get about our full Workout Programs is how the content is different than the free content we offer on our YouTube channel and website.

Well, the short answer is that the content itself (i.e. the individual videos) is exactly the same as the content you can use for free. Yep, exactly the same!

However, what sets the Workout Programs apart is that they are expertly curated and sequenced to address certain fitness goals.

FB Strong, for example, is geared toward building muscle, reducing body fat, and increasing strength, endurance, and coordination. FB Reach, on the other hand, is an easy-on-the-body blend ideal for increasing flexibility, tone, and range of motion. The FB Abs programs combine highly dynamic workouts targeting your core. You get the picture.

In essence, when you purchase a full fitness program, you’re getting a detailed program built by experienced certified personal trainers (Daniel and Kelli!) that takes all of the guesswork out of how to choose which individual workouts may be best on any given day, all with certain fitness goals in mind.

How many of you have spent more time than you would have liked trying to pick a workout for the day? How many of you wonder how often you should do certain workouts? How many of you wonder how best to put workouts together to reach certain goals?

By going with a full Workout Program, you won’t have to think about any of these questions. You hear us talk a lot about working out smartly...well, this is it. High-quality individual workouts are great, but properly-sequenced, high-quality workouts are even better!

But don’t take our word for it; check out the Comment section for any of our full Workout Programs to see what your fellow Fitness Blenders think. For those of you who have purchased programs (thank you!), what would you tell others who may still be on the fence? What else would you highlight, besides what we have here?

Do you have a favorite program? Why is it your favorite?
