I've come back home in Italy for 5 weeks and as you can imagine you cannot easily say no to nice food and drinks!
I've been working out 5 d/w but I happen to eat some unhealthy snacks going out... I usually keep it to a maximum of 3 cheat snacks per week
I dont want to put on weight but at the same time I want to enjoy this time...
Should I be more relax about it? Have you ever felt like this?
