fell of track and don't know what to do

I've started back in 2017. Never missed a workout for more than a week since 2017-Februasy of 2020. I've lost 40llbs. But then March rolled around, with the quarrantine, and I haven't done a single workout since then.

Not even walking.

I'm pretty sure that I've gained back at least 20 out of the 40lbs that I've lost. I have been eating so poorly.

I don't know how to get back now. I'm pretty sure I've lost most of the endurance and muscle that I've gained, so I feel like I'm at point 1 again but this time it won't work if I start again

How do I start again? What do I start with?

I honestly feel so stressed and worried now, and not at all comfortable with myself atm
