Every single time you work out, stay tuned in and aware of what your body is telling you.

Though it may take time, when you find that sweet spot and confidence in yourself, working out is such a powerful, positive tool.

So, be patient with yourself, focus on proper form, listen to what your body is telling you, and you’ll be ready for whatever comes your way.
