Restarting FB Fit R2: PFT Results

I did my PFT for beginning FB Fit R2 again this morning.


1 mile run: 10m 34s

Push-ups: 3 full, 23 half

Squats (bodyweight): 105

Plank: 52.5 seconds

Sit and Reach: +6"

I'm pretty happy with that and my time off due to burnout/illness clearly didn't set me back too much!

I'm not going to focus on weight loss as I think where I'm at there is basically fine, but I will take some before and after pictures (I forgot to do one this morning 😂). I'm feeling so much better - starting over has definitely been the right decision!
