How to put on healthy muscle on a skinny girl

Hi!! I am new to fitness blender and I want to build muscle as someone who has always been pretty skinny. My bmi is bordering underweight but I eat 3 full meals and a snack everyday. I am planning on upping my calorie intake (shakes etc) and want to strength train. BUT i only have 1.5 kg weights to use and now where I live we are back into lock down (Melbourne) so I wont be able to buy any new dumbbells or anything like that. Can I still build strength if I do feel the burn when I do some of fitness blenders exercises with these dumbbells?
