I am beat after this workout and burn out round! I also lifted all 24 pounds of my Power Blocks for the first time today, with deadlifts. I lifted heavier than usual in other exercises, too. Woo hoo!
I might switch over to posting workout completes on here rather than on Instagram now, because I don’t want the hassle of doing that in two platforms. Plus, a lot of non fitness people follow me on Instagram, and then I follow them - their posts about wine or hair products don’t interest me. Lol!
