My boyfriend has recently started going to the gym and, like me, has found a love for fitness. Today, instead of going to the gym, I asked him if he would like to join me in one of my fitness blender workouts. He agreed. We did one of Daniel's killer leg sessions then an intense ab workout with Kelli. I think he truly underestimated the power of home work outs! I think I have opened his eyes to just what you can achieve at home and I am hoping we will work out together much more now.
P.S: I can't wait to introduce him to HIIT *evil laugh*
