I just started the FB Meal Plan Omnivore after almost a year of IF and I have to say I feel full all the time. I am following the 1600 cal category but I just finished second day without going through all the meal.
I am doing this with the FB Blend workout program.
How do you guys feel with this meal plan? How do you adjust.
PS: I am also taking into account the fact that, because I am converting eveything to the metric system, amounts might be a bit off, however I try to be ass accurate as possible and not go overboard.
