Feels good the see the blue lines again!

I decided to try and incorporate FB XT into marathon training.

I’m exhausted tonight so I chose to just do the stretch and warmup for the first day. No fitness test for me!

It was so fun to finally see a blue check mark over the blue line again!

It’s been one day, but I LOVE the meal plan so far. It’s helping me not get drained and distracted by indecisiveness, and I totally feel free to do my own substitutions and ideas along with it.

My dog did his own rest and relaxation on the couch while I stretched lol. Instead of downwards dog, it’s...sideways dog I guess? 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
