Why am I avoiding working out while working at home?

I do NOT get myself. I have been working from home since mid-March. At first I was doing a lot of bike rides and walks outdoors, and FB workouts, to deal with the stress of COVID-craziness. Then it got warm and humid I just quit. Doing. Anything. I've had little spurts of morning walks or bike rides. But this is my first FB in weeks. I have more time - no commute, can stay in my work out clothes all day. So what the heck? I am so down and disappointed and frustrated and just hate myself.

Anybody else dealing with this?
