Getting past the mind block

Hi! I'm looking for some motivation suggestions. I got back at my regular workouts starting just before lockdown and am so happy with my consistency and progression compared to past attempts (have gone from needing to keep everything low impact because of recurring injuries and imbalances to loving the higher intensity of FB fit round 2)! However I start going back to work next month. I am worried because I often have this huge mind block in the mornings, sometimes it takes me an hour of procrastination to actually start my workout because my brain tells me I'm too tired to do it...then once I do actually do it I feel great. But I simply won’t have that time to procrastinate before work. Simply thinking of how I will feel after does eventually motivate me, but not enough to prevent that time loss. Nor am I socially motivated- workout check ins have no appeal to me. Any thoughts on other motivators or even just tricks to ‘get in gear’ in the mornings? Thanks in advance FB Fam!
