Hi Guys. i just finished a very important assignment for my master. Proud and relieved that it´s done! I managed to stick widely to the FB Burn schedule and ate healthy.However, in the last days I did let go and snacked to get through the long nights of writing. Even though I am glad I did what I had to do I feel awful this morning: I gained 7 pounds since I checked two weeks ago, all my pants are tight, face puffy, pimples etc. Guys, I know Kelly did a fantastic blog on that but when reality kicks in it sucks! Anyone a similar experience and got back on track? Sorry about the whining.
