When Is Better to Do a Core Routine: During Upper Body or Lower Body?

I hope you all are safe and are enjoying or did enjoy your Sunday depending on where you are in the world.

So something I've been wondering and honestly I feel like it kind of doesn't matter since the core gets worked no matter what you're working, but honestly there are some trainers out there who say to strictly work core with a specific body group. I know there's one in particular I can't remember his name and he says if I recall correctly it's better to work your core with lower body since he does it that way. And something aboht you'll get more or better results. Which sounds pretty whack if you ask me. On days where I want to do core routines I usually do them with upper body but if I'm doing an upper body routine that does a number on my core I wait until lower body.

I know this question seems kind of ridiculous since like I said core gets worked regardless but I was just wondering. What do you guys think?
