Kelli incorporated a lot of pulses, so be aware. ๐Ÿ˜… With that said, this workout is in my favorites, as itโ€™s both relaxing and exerting at the same time. It's the kind of routine I like to do on my lazy days, just like this Sunday morning. I've got enough time to not rush through the routine. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Pro Tip: Put on some relaxing music and wave your legs in the air for about an hour. If you add ankle weights or bands, enjoy some chocolate. ๐Ÿซ Who am I kiddinโ€™? Enjoy it anyway, like me. ๐Ÿ˜‡ This workout is #chocobeanapproved
