Hey y’all! I bought a FB meal plan for the first time today. I realized with having mote structure to my workouts, I’m more likely to exercise because I don’t have to put a lot of energy into deciding on something already scheduled. This isn’t always the case, but even loose structure helps me mentally.
So I figured the same sort of thing would apply with the meal plan. I don’t feel like I need to adhere perfectly; I’m just excited to have some loose structure surrounding eating and grocery shopping. It will take the pressure off of decision making for me, and it will aid in education on what is fueling for my body.
