Just wondering if anyone out there has followed the 4 week FB Meal Plan all the way through and, if so, did it result in weight loss? I bought the meal plan and have used some recipes (yummy so far btw), but have not committed to adhering to it all the way. I am looking for guidance in improving my diet. I am working towards losing a few pounds while also getting healthier and stronger. Workouts are going well, but weight loss is verrrrry slow. Would love to hear your thoughts on the meal plan. Thanks!
