A Friendly Friday Reminder

It’s important that you listen to your body, move at your own pace, modify, and take extra breaks if and when you need to.

This is something that we should remind ourselves of every single time we work out. We want to push ourselves and get the most out of our workouts, of course, but we also need to respect what our bodies are telling us and react accordingly.

A big part of this is getting your mindset right before you even push play, and not getting down on yourself if you’re not exactly where you think you should be. You’re here, you’re working out, and you’re being mindful of where you are and what your body needs today.
