Calorie Bar - Motivating or Demotivating?

Hey folks,

I've been working out with FB since the pandemic started and I am loving their videos and programs. One mental challenge I am trying to get over is that darn calorie bar. I'm a 5'0 female, 39 years old, approx. 115-120 pounds. I know I'm petite, but I can almost never reach the lower end of the calorie bar and I find it demotivating. The other day I covered the corner of the TV so I wouldn't have to look at it!

Logically, I know that due to my size I may be an exception to the range, but am I really that much of an anomaly? I'm trying to just focus on what I know is a good calorie burn for me (especially when I see my heart rate averaging between 150-170 bpm on most workouts), but I was curious to see what other people felt about the calorie bar.

Thanks for your thoughts! Stay safe :-)
