I haven't done any kickboxing for awhile and in this video Daniel had me trying to keep in mind which is my left hand and which is my right while I focused on jabbing and upper cutting my chin in the mirror. Oh yeah, and not to forget keeping my core tight while I do all that. Ugh! 😆 gotta chuckle, right?
Then it was time for the Abs and Obliques extra credit challenge. My obliques were screaming so much it was tough to complete. And "just because", I added a 100 Squat Challenge as my own ecc. #myownbrutalworkoutcompletethankyou 😁
