HKS (healthy, kind, support) accountability group july 22

Hello again FB family, ready for another day of workouts? I know I am. My muscles are quite sore so I'm going to take a rest day and stretch.

Today I have:

Okay so time for a quote for the day: ‘Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after the other’. Is there anything you have done today that may have needed a little perseverance? Maybe a workout or a hard task at work.

I’ve still got a few online courses to do today so they will need to be completed. I've kind of lost motivation for them at the moment though so I may just put them on pause. However I have really enjoyed learning Spanish at the moment so this will be my main focus for now.
