Hi lovely FB family.
I feel really down and demotivated at the mo. I started working out with FB a month ago, hoping to lose some weight (not much though) and get fit. I've always eaten clean, so didn't have to change my diet, however I've been a tea-total ever since I started working out. I haven't weighed myself for the whole month, hoping those few extra kilos will just disappear with all those sweaty workouts. So, today I braved the scale and, oh boy, I haven't lost anything! Nothing!!! How is that possible??? I So annoyed that I'm feeling like eating my own weight in chocolates today 😭
I haven't taken any measurements before I started working out, so nothing to compare with. I do have a before pic but I'm failing to see any difference. How do I shred those extra kilos???
