A few days ago I posted, asking advice about taking a break midway through a program (FB Fit R2).
My break ended up being 5 days total, during which time I've rested and recovered.
I did my first workout of Week 5 tonight, and I definitely did better at it than if I hadn't taken the break. I'm so grateful to everyone who told me to take as long as my body seemed to need. It definitely helped, and also helped me get over my initial feelings of guilt and worry.
So i just wanted to thank everyone for their kind and encouraging words. I feel so lucky to be a part of the FB Family 💙
